Cooking Instructions

Soak soya chunks in water or vegetable bouillon. Pre-season with tamari, chilli, garlic, herbs and spices if preferred and then leave for 10 minutes. Press out excess water. Use soya chunks as a vegetarian meat alternative in stir-fries, traditional casserole dishes such as stroganoff, or simply pan fry in a little oil.

I have been ordering this product from Goodness Direct for a year. I eat it every morning for breakfast, with warm milk and fruit. It's delicious, fat-free and very filling. I recommend it without reservation.
