Rolling wooded hills rise up from Piedmont valley where we pause for a delicious yet simple farmhouse lunch. Fresh herbs add robustness to this soft creamy risotto, whilst succulent porcini mushrooms bring a rich headiness to complete this hearty dish.

Ingredients

Water, double cream (13%), mushrooms (10%), onion, Italian white wine (4%)(contains sulphur Dioxide), olive oil, vegeterian pecorino cheese (3%), shredded porcini mushrooms (2%), modified maize starch, sugar, garlic purée, parsley, salt, lactic acid, lemon zest, porcini mushroom powder, potato starch.

Contains milk and sulphur dioxide. May contain traces of peanut, tree nuts or mustard.
