Arame dried seaweed.

Product Details

Sanchi Arame is a dark seaweed found in the seas surrounding Japan. With its mild, nutty flavour, it is an ideal introduction to the world of sea vegetables and an excellent addition to rice dishes, stir-frys, casseroles, miso soups and salad.

Cooking Instructions

(Expands 3-4 times)
Rinse and soak in cold water for 15 minutes. Squeeze dry.
For rice dishes and vegetables, chop and add while cooking.
For soups, simply add as required along with some of the soaking water.
