Product Details

This gluten free tamari sauce is a traditional Japanese product made from soya beans that are naturally fermented in cedar casks for eighteen months, resulting in a unique, robust flavour.
Tamari sauce is more commonly used in cooking and is richer than Shoyu sauce, so less is needed to bring out the flavour of your favourite dishes. It is ideal for soups, salad dressings, vegetable sauces and oriental cooking.

Ingredients

Soya beans 46%, water, sea salt, alcohol, koji (aspergillus oryzae).
