The Tillman family produce high quality organic cordials and jams, mostly grown in their fields at Grangarde in Dalarna, Sweden's lake district.
Long-used as a de-congestant and containing essential oils, elderflowers can be inhibit mucus, help fight catarrh, soothe the tongue, mouth and throat, and are a good source of potassium.

Ingredients

Organically grown elderflower juice 42g per 100g jam, organic sugar 42g, fruit pectin, citric acid.
