Mix 1 tbsp each of sweet chilli sauce and honey with the zest and juice of a lime. Chop 12 chipolatas into bite sized lengths, put in a foil lined tin, pour over sauce and roast at 200 degrees C/gas 6 for around 15 mins until cooked through. Meanwhile combine a small can (around 220 g) chopped tomatoes with 2 tbsp sundried tomato paste, 1 tbsp chopped parsley and a pinch of dried chilli flakes. Serve with warm sausages and lime wedges.

Try mixing soy sauce, grated ginger and chopped red chilli with some clear honey. Spoon over a beef joint 20 mins before the end of roasting.
