Thai Sweet Chilli Condiment - Thu 26th May 2011
Warm 2 tbsp (30 ml) honey and mix in 2 small chopped finely sliced red chillis, 4 tbsp (60 ml) lime juice, 2 tbsp (30 ml) apple cider vinegar and 1 teaspoon (5 ml) tamari or soya sauce. Cool and leave for an hour before serving. Sprinkle on stir fries or other Thai style dishes. Keeps for a week in the fridge.
