As we age we produce less melatonin but cherries contain this easily absorbed antioxidant, which is thought to neutralise free radicals and significantly improve sleep patterns, particularly in the elderly.

Serving Suggestion

Dulite 1:5 or to taste. Refrigerate once opened and use within 3 weeks.

Ingredients

Organically grown cherries 48%, organic sugar 42%, water, natural flavouring, citric acid, ascorbic acid.

Other Information

Cherries are a good source of vitamin C and contain lower levels of vitamin B6, K and A. Their fibre content helps with digestion and prevents constipation. Cherries are thought to help people who suffer from insomnia. They also contain high levels of potassium which aid the digestive and muscular systems.
