All Redwood foods are made from 100% natural plant-based ingredients, kosher certified and free from meat, egg, dairy, lactose, cholesterol, hydrogenated fats, artificial colours and GMOs.

Ingredients

Water, de-ionised apple juice from concentrate, peach and apricot fruit preparation (fructose-glucose syrup, peaches and apricots 6%, water, tapioca starch, citric acid, natural flavourings, xanthan gum, beta carotene), pea protein 3.1%, dextrose, stabilisers (modified starch, guar gum, locust bean gum, pectin), palm oil, prebiotic inulin fibre, emulsifier: vegetable mono diglycerides of fatty acids, tri-calcium phosphate, natural flavourings, citric acid, colour (annatto).

Really horrible. It's great that people go to the effort to try to make creamy desserts for those with allergies/intolerances. Sadly these don't work for me - the flavour is simply unpleasant and I couldn't even swallow the first mouthful.
