Serve with rice.

Cooking Instructions

Heat in a saucepan over a moderate heat for 7-8 minutes stirring occasionally. Can alternatively be microwaved.

Ingredients

Coconut milk, potato, water, red peppers, tofu (fried in pure vegetable oil), green curry paste (green chilli, lemon grass, galangal, kaffir peel, salt, garlic, onion, spices), soy sauce, brown rice flour, unrefined sugar, lime leaves.

Rare among canned curries, this one is well worth having in your store cupboard--and not just for emergencies. Most canned curries are, well, awful. This one is an excellent blend of spices, and needs no adjustment before eating, except perhaps for fresh coriander leaves.

To be honest, this really wasn't that great. It tasted ok but it looked horrible and was mostly potato. It was more like a soup. I wouldn't buy it again.
