Peel 4 ripe bananas, put on 4 lolly sticks and roll first in honey and then in 4 tbsp chopped mixed nuts. Freeze for an hour.

Thai Sweet Chilli Condiment - Sun 2nd Oct 2011
Warm 2 tbsp (30 ml) honey and mix in 2 small chopped finely sliced red chillis, 4 tbsp (60 ml) lime juice, 2 tbsp (30 ml) apple cider vinegar and 1 teaspoon (5 ml) tamari soya sauce. Cool and leave for an hour before serving. Sprinkle on stir fries or other Thai style dishes. Keeps for a week in the fridge.

Glazed Sausage Skewers - Tue 31st Jan 2012
Blend together 3 tbsp honey, 1 tsp wholegrain mustard, 2 cloves crushed garlic, 2 tbsp freshly chopped sage and some salt and freshly ground black pepper. Arrange 16 cocktail sausages, 8 small boiled new potatoes, 1 green pepper (cut into 8 pieces) and 4 cherry tomatoes onto 4 long skewers. Coat with the glaze and cook under a preheated moderate grill for 12-15 minutes, turning and basting occasionally.
