Rowse Manuka Honey's distinctive full-bodied flavour and amber colour are maintained under strict quality control procedures. Use as part of a healthy balanced diet. Can also be used directly on to skin.

Usage

Take directly from spoon or stir 25g into half a cup of warm water. To be enjoyed as part of a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.

Energy 1362kJ/321kcal, Protein 0.3g, Carbohydrate 79.5g (of which sugars 78.0g), Fat <0.1g (of which saturates < 0.1g), Fibre <0.1g, Sodium trace.

The Maori have treasured Manuka for centries. Rowse measure the manuka honey using a rating system. The higher the rating the higher the antibacterial content* (*measured by in vitro laboratory tests)

Honey may naturally crystallise. If so, stand in hot water until it becomes clear again.

This product is nothing short of miracle food. Whatever strength of honey a purchaser can afford since it is very expensive, it is a must within your diet. It is a natural antiseptic for internal and external use. It completely cleared up a leg ulcer that was beyond my Doctor's capability. Taken daily with a teaspoon of Aspall's cyder vinegar in a mug of hot water, it is better than any other drink I could name. (This is, however, only my opinion and not based on any research but when you try it, you will know what I am talking about)
