Product Details

Autumn in the woods and hills of Tuscany and Umbria brings a feast of mushrooms. This robust mushroom and tomato sauce, based on the rich country cooking of central Italy, is enriched with red wine and aromatic thyme. It is great served with rustic pastas such as penne or rigatoni.

Cooking Instructions

Pour contents into a saucepan and heat gently until simmering - do not allow to boil. Pour over pasta and stir. Serve sprinkled with grated Parmesan cheese.
