Serving Suggestion

Dilute to taste about 1:5/6.
Dilute with chilled sparkling water for a traditional ginger beer, or hot water for a toddy

My mother who is over 80, loves ginger. She really prefers this cordial to others as it has the right amount of "gingeriness". On hot summer days she will have a chilled glass of this cordial diluted. Or on cold days, she will have it with hot water to warm her through. A great alternative to teas and coffee.
