Product Details

Tiny titans of fibre and nutrition, our chia seeds are a raw vegan source of essential fats, dietary fibre, protein, vitamins and minerals. They are neutral in flavour and swell up in water. High in fibre 32g per 100g.

You can grind these or use them whole. I add a teaspoon into my cereal and porride as it's a potent source of omega 3 and alkalising minerals. Also similar to flax (without all the anti-nutrients) it's a great broom for the colon. You don't need to use much and it's excellent value for money.
