These Raw Chocolate company sun-dried Peruvian cacao nibs are dark, crunchy and bitter, totally natural, and bursting with antioxidants and minerals.

They make a potent nourishing snack that keeps you going ! Great added to cereals, salads, deserts as well as baking. These superb quality, nutritious cacao nibs have not been heated above 45 degrees C at all in their processing and so can be classed among the finest of RAW foods, for those following a RAW food diet.

Serving Suggestion

Cacao nibs have a slightly bitter taste. If you find this too bitter you can grind up the nibs and mix with a sweetener for example agave syrup, sweet freedom or mix with a RAW nut butter. How to make a great RAW food snack with cacao nibs: add all these ingredients into a blender and freeze, cacao nibs, agave, carob powder, maca, coconut oil, cacao butter and cashews. It is so good and RAW.

Usage

Raw Cacao Nibs are tiny nibs just bursting with nutrition. They can be munched on as they are for a snack, or added to cereals, salads, desserts, in baking or ground up to add to smoothies and muffins.

Fantastic in any number of things. Sprinkle on top of overnight oats for breakfast, add to nuts and raisins to form a trail mix, bake in flapjacks or cookies and much more!
