Product Details

Pukka use the inner leaf gel rather than the outer rind of specially chosen or ganic aloe vera leaves to make this delicate and delicious gel. The outer rind can have laxative effects whereas teh inner gel is effective and yet a little more delicate on our bodies. This gel is still rich in fibre and is designed to support a healthy digestive system. Delicious added to smoothies, fruit juices or on taken just on it's own.

Usage

Daily use: 50ml (1.7fl.oz) of Pukka organic aloe vera juice taken pure or diluted in mineral water in the morning before food. For a stronger effect take 2 or 3 times this amount. Children 2-12 years can take 25ml/day.
