Product Details

The inclusion of at least 25g of soya protein a day as a part of a diet low in saturated fat can help reduce cholesterol in the blood.

This pack contains 7.3g of soya protein per 250ml glass. This is more than a quarter of 25g.

This product is also low in saturated fat.

This is ok but you can really taste the soya. If you are putting it on cereal you need to put sugar on to combine with the unsweetened milk.
However it is still one of the better soya milk products.
