Prewett's have created Porridge Plus to deliver even greater health benefits plus the absolute convenience without compromising on taste. By combining the wholesome porridge oats with blueberries and cranberries. they have created a delicious and nutritious start to the day that is also a natural source of antioxidants. Oats can help to lower cholesterol as they are high in soluble fibre. Ground flaxseed is a rich and natural source of omega 3 which can also help to reduce cholesterol but can also aid bowel movement, improve energy and vitality and aid digestion.

Cooking Instructions

Here's how to make great tasting Porridge Plus.
Stove top: To cook on the hob cut the sachet open and empty the contents into a saucepan. Fill the sachet with milk or water or both, and then pour it into the pan, Bring contents to the boil in 2-3 minutes whilst stirring continuously until you reach your desired consistency. No need to add anything else.
Microwave:To cook in a microwave cut the sachet and empty into a large non metallic bowl. Fill the sachet with milk or water or both, and then pour it into the bowl, stirring briefly. Cover and microwave on full power for 2 minutes. Remove from microwave and stir thoroughly and return for a further 1 and a half minutes. No need to add anything else
