I started buying these bars when my son needed stay off chocolate and I've continued to use them for cooking. Although I don't find them all that tasty eaten straight from the packet they work surprisingly well when broken up and mixed into a basic flapjack recipe, and help to add a bit of variety to a wheat-free diet.
