Recipe

Refreshing fruit shake supreme
½ cup milk/soya milk
½ cup frozen strawberries
½ tsp vanilla extract
3 ice cubes
3 sachets xylitol
(or more for the sweet toothed!)
Blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy.
Served chilled. Enjoy!
