Xylitol is a natural sweetener with many health benefits. It has a low GI, has 40% less calories than sugar and may be used by Diabetics (Always check and confirm with your Doctor.) Xylitol is proven to reduce oral bacteria, fight cavaties and is especially beneficial for the teeth of young kids. Its ther best thing you could do to your teeth!
