Serving Suggestion

Pertwood muesli is best served with cold milk (or even fruit juice), but you can also add fresh or dried fruit, fromage frais or yogurt. Soaking it in milk or juice for a few minutes softens the grains.

Oat flakes 40%, sultanas 16%, barley flakes & kibbles 17%, rye flakes 12%, chopped apricots 5%, seeds (in various proportions) 10%, (sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, linseeds).
