Fantastic Olives - Sat 9th Oct 2010
These olives are absolutely fantastic and elevate any dish you use them into something really special. The marinade is really well flavoured and as a result, both the olives and the marinade oil can be used in all sorts of ways. The olives are delicious sliced with cheese or on a pizza (I love that they are pitted, so the marinade really flavours them and there are no fiddly stones to deal with), and the oil adds a lot of flavour drizzled over salads or added to tomato puree when making a pizza base. Oh, and of course the olives are lovely just as they are. I would always want to have a jar of these in my cupboard. A real 5 star product.
