Recipe

An ideal Tapas dish: Garlic marinated black olives
Best marinated for several days before serving.
Ingredients 250g black olives 2 dried red chillies 12 garlic cloves, minced red wine vinegar, as required 25 ml lemon juice

Lightly crush the olives, pour off the oil and put the olives into a glass jar with a lid. Add the dried chillies and garlic, lightly shake the jar to mix the ingredients together evenly. Pour in enough red wine vinegar to cover the contents completely. Add a dash of lemon juice, seal the jar, and store at room temperature for several days, shaking the jar occasionally.
A really tasty tapas dish.
