Good for the immune system - Fri 17th Feb 2012
My mother in law swears by a spoonful of manuka honey every day to fight off colds and infections, and is convinced she's been healthier since she started using it. To be eaten off the spoon, cold, not mixed as a hot drink, which supposedly takes away the therapeutic qualities.

Bought this to add to smoothies for my student daughter who is doing exams at the moment to boost her immune system. Her boyfriend who is a singer/songwriter has also been using it for a sore throat with great results.
