Follow recipe instructions and add cautiously. Langdale recommend 1 tea spoon per kilo. The quantity of flavouring is a matter of personal choice.Ingredients
Water, flavouring, citric acid E330, sodium benzoate E211.Suitable for vegetarians.

lovely (and potent!) - Mon 5th Dec 2011I never had anything with rosewater before I bought this. It is really delightful -- I agree with the label, where it warns you to use sparingly. It's potent stuff! This is a fun example of how to use rosewater in cakes:
This recipe will yield 12 tiny cakes.
Mix:
1 c self-raising flour
3-4 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp sunflower oil
1/2 c soymilk (or other non-dairy milk)
1/4 t rose water
Spoon onto a greased baking tray, leaving 2-3cm between each spoonful.
Bake in preheated oven at 175°C for about 10 minutes, until tops are golden brown.
