Ingredients

Wholegrain oats (60%), demerara sugar, palm fruit oil, stem ginger (6%), dietary fibre, potato starch, ground ginger, partially inverted syrup, raising agents: ammonium bicarbonate and sodium bicarbonate, barley malt syrup, salt.

Energy 1846kj/439kcal, Protein 7.4g, Carbohydrate 72.8g, Of which sugars 19.8g, Fat 16.4g, Of which saturates 6.4g, Fibre 7.4g, Salt 0.7g, Of which sodium 0.3g.

This involves using today's best farming practices combined with traditional methods such as crop rotation which helps keep soil healthy. Conservation grade farmers also protect and maintain wildlife habitats such as woodlands, ponds and hedgerows in order to encourage insects, birds and animals. This encouragement of farm wildlife actively controls crop pests thereby minimising the use of artificial inputs. Put simply it's a better way of farming.

I would agree the best oat/ginger biscuits I have eaten. A healthy alternative wheat free biscuit at a very good price. Go and get some.
