Following a low G.I. diet I am constantly on the look for snacks that I can eat. I first tried the Blueberry and Vanilla bar whilst away from home and struggling to find food. I ended up using the bar as a meal replacement but enjoyed it so much that they have become a regular part of my diet. Now I eat the bars as a treat, and yet they are very healthy with no added sugar, providing one portion of daily fruit, include fiber, but best of all being made from oats they provide a slow burning source of energy.

The bars are moist, tasty and unlike so may products you can really taste the fruit.
