At Mornflake they have been milling oats in the South Cheshire countryside since 1675, making them the longest established miller of oats and cereal in the UK! they are still independently owned and managed by the direct descendants of the original miller, William Lea.
Today Mornflake are still keeping up the family tradition after 14 generations as an independent company, doing things their way, which they think is the right way! They select, mill and produce their cereals themselves - Mornfalke do not think anyone can do it better. It's this special way of milling that they have evolved over generations that means they retain all the goodness of the germ and bran - the 'wholegrain', so you of course, can enjoy a healthier, tastier breakfast.

Tips
Watch out! - Sat 26th Feb 2011
Ordering in a rush, I thought these were just the larger size of the 500g Mornflake Oats, but the 500g pack are jumbo oats, and the 1KG pack are the smaller porridge oats. They are labelled as such but can be easy to miss if you're in a rush.
