Product Details

Oats 2 Go are the speedy way to ensure a healthy start to your day! The oats are full of complex carbohydrates, which release energy slowly to keep you going until lunchtime. Oatbran has been added to these sachets which means they are higher in beta glucan, which helps to lower cholesterol.

Cooking Instructions

For great results use a microwave
To prepare a delicious creamy porridge:
Mix the sachet contents and 180mls of milk in a non-metallic bowl and cook on full powder for 1 minute. Give them a stir and pop back in and cook for a further minute. Stand for 1 minutes and then tuck in, but be careful the contents will still be hot.
*Based on 800W microwave oven so if yours is different adjust time accordingly, a lower wattage microwave will need about ½ minute longer cooking time.

Alternatively prepare on the hob
Pour 180ml of milk into a saucepan and bring to the boil. Stir in the contents of one sachet and return to the boil. Simmer for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally, it's then ready to serve.

Ingredients

Mornflake British wholegrain oatflakes, Mornflake British oatbran 15%, stabiliser: soya lecithin (soya lecithin is added to help prevent the porridge boiling over in the microwave).

Contains: gluten, oats and soya.
Not suitable for nut allergy sufferers due to the methods used in the manufacture of this product.
