Vecon is the ideal stock base for vegans, vegetarians and slimmers. With low calories and low fat per serving it adds stock appeal to almost any savoury recipe. Vecon is very versatile, it can be added to savoury pastry and is delicious enough to drink on it's own. Just one mug full is only 7 calories. A little vecon goes a long way. Serving Suggestion

Ideal for adding flavour to many dishes including soups, casseroles, pasta, rice and stir-fries. To make a savoury drink, just add a teaspoon to hot water and stir.

Slimming World recommend Vecon as a syn free stock. I love it, the taste and the versatility. It makes a tasty stock, a warming drink with hot water and quite a tasty spread when you are needing that savoury thing...without being too salty.
