I use this on my cereal in the mornings to add fibre & taste. As it's gluten-free, it's ideal for me.

Rice Bran Muesli Mix - Thu 9th Jun 2011
Make a gluten-free muesli base packed with essential nutrients using 60 g rice bran, 35 g brown rice puffs, 35 g amaranth puffs, 30 g toasted almonds, 40 g pumpkin seeds, 60 g golden flaxseeds and 40 g soya lecithin granules. Store in an airtight jar. Serve with milk, fresh fruit and agave or honey for drizzling.

For some reason oat bran seems to go out of stock quite often so I sometimes use this instead. The downside is that it's a lot more expensive, but other than that it works fine as a substitute.

I love this, I put it on top of bread with jam, peanut butter, coconut oil, chocolate spread or on top of porridge or pancakes - almost anything sweet and including cereal. Some people sprinkle icing sugar, I prefer rice bran. However, that said it can even be added on top of rice dishes that are savoury because it has a light sweetness that works well on almost anything.
