A blend of dairy free and vegan ingredients which allow those of us wanting to avoid eggs because of dietary choices or allergies to make cakes, meringues, pies, sauces and just about anything where we would need eggs. Economical too as one pack replaces 100 eggs! Energy G Egg Replacer can replace both egg yolk and white so you can use it to make meringues and the recipe is on the box. You can use for mousses, sponges, custard tarts, mayonnaise. lemon pie filling and even quiches. There are some very tasty recipes on the box:Orange Mousse, Muffins, Victoria Sponge Cake, Nut Macaroons, Custard Tart Filling, Banana Teabread, Mayonnaise, Lemon Pie Filling, Quiche, and Meringue Topping. Ingredients

Potato starch, tapioca flour, leavening (calcuim lactate, calcium carbonate, citric acid), carbohydrate gum, Calcium lactate is not dairy derived it does not contain lactose.

Greatly simplifies baking for people who cannot use eggs. It replaces egg whites as well as egg yolks in baking. Pack equal to approximately 100 eggs.
