Product Details

This is an excellent gluten free loaf made with rice, tapioca and flax so it has all the health benefits in natural flax seeds. It is a light 'whole meal like' bread rich in B vitamins iron and folic acid

Usage

Can be eaten straight from the pk or lightly toasted.
For sandwiches, microwave 2 slices for 20 seconds on low power (350w) then transfer to a cool dry plate.

Ingredients

Filtered water, rice flour, tapioca starch, safflower / sunflower oil, pear juice, flax meal (3.5%), yeast, stablisers (methylcellulose, sodium carboxymethylcellulose), salt, orange citrus fibre, raising agent (glucono delta lactone - lactose free), humecant( calcium phosphate), Vit B1, Vit B2, niacin, iron, folic acid.
