Product Details

Green & Black’s started out with humble origins back in 1991 in a small office on Portobello Road, however the company has gone from strength to strength, and has become a widely recognised, leading brand in the chocolate market. The Green and Black’s name itself tells us about the company’s founding principles, ‘Green’ representing their organic credentials, and ‘Black’, the rich dark colour of the chocolate. It’s not just a name though, they have created a tasting experience like no other, making these chocolates a very popular choice with many chocolate lovers.

Ingredients

Organic dark 70% chocolate:
Organic cocoa mass, organic raw cane sugar, organic cocoa butter, emulsifier: soya lecithin, organic vanilla extract, organic whole milk powder.
Organic dark chocolate (100%): Minimum cocoa solids 70%

Organic dark ginger chocolate:
Organic cocoa mass, organic raw cane sugar, organic crystallised ginger (20%) (organic stem ginger, water, organic sugar), organic cocoa butter, emulsifier: soya lecithin, organic vanilla extract, organic whole milk powder.
Organic dark chocolate (80%): Minimum cocoa solids 60%

Organic dark cherry chocolate:
Organic cocoa mass, organic raw cane sugar, organic cherries (20%) (organic dried cherries, organic rice flour), organic cocoa butter, emulsifier: soya lecithin, organic vanilla extract, organic whole milk powder.
Organic dark chocolate (83%): Minimum cocoa solids 60%

Organic milk chocolate
Organic raw cane sugar, organic whole milk powder (27%), organic cocoa mass, organic cocoa butter, emulsifier: soya lecithin, organic vanilla extract.
Organic milk chocolate (100%): Minimum cocoa solids 34%, Minimum milk solids 25%.

Organic milk butterscotch chocolate:
Organic raw cane sugar, organic whole milk powder (24%), organic cocoa mass, organic cocoa butter, organic butterscotch (10%) (organic cane sugar, organic glucose, organic butter, organic palm fat, organic molasses, natural flavouring), emulsifier: soya lecithin, organic vanilla extract.
Organic milk chocolate (90%): Minimum cocoa solids 34%, Minimum milk solids 25%

Organic milk almond chocolate
Organic raw cane sugar, organic almonds (23%), organic whole milk powder (19%), organic cocoa mass, organic cocoa butter, emulsifier: soya lecithin, organic vanilla extract.
Organic milk chocolate (78%): Minimum cocoa solids 37%, Minimum milk solids 24%
