Dark chocolate is an excellent source of magnesium - essential for relaxation. Helpful for pre-menstrual cramps - a fact which may explain any PMS linked chocolate cravings! Also contains phenylalanine - a mood enhancing amino acid. Keep it as a treat. Mini bars are great in moderation. Just don't scoff the box in one sitting.
