Taste wise this is a great natural tasting honey which is far better than the rowse honeys in my opinion, in terms of everyday use. I only gave this 3 stars since there isn't enough information on the origins of the honey, the type of flower and method of extraction, and that it is not a monofloral honey but possibly a blend. But lovely taste nonetheless! Martlett have a great little range.

Honey & Ginger Yoghurt with Fruit - Fri 30th Sep 2011
Mix 150 g creamy natural yoghurt with 1 tbsp runny honey and 1 tsp freshly grated ginger. Prepare some mixed melon cubes and fresh strawberries (preferably at room temperature). Divide the fruit between 2 bowls and top with the yoghurt and some toasted flaked almonds. Serve with extra honey for drizzling.
