I have used honegar for many years mainly as a salad dressing ingredient (shake an equal quantity of honegar and virgin olive oil in a jar and vary it with the addition of dijon mustard, whole grain mustard and herbs to taste). It is absolutely delicious over any salad. In addition a couple of tablespoons in a small glass of water 2 or 3 times a day is a great way of easing arthritis not just for people but your pets too (the amount according to weight of animal - 2 table spoons per 10 stones approx) I can't reccomend honegar enough and would be lost without it.
