Agave syrup or nectar is the juice from the agave plants of Mexico, the very same ones that produce tequila. The juice from the agave plant is filtered and heated to bring us a natural sweetener, versatile and with a lower Glycaemic Index than sucrose. Ideal for drinks, cereals and baking.
