We didn't think it would be too much of a challenge to produce a nice tasting sauce without gluten, wheat or dairy product but we were very disappointed with this product. It was thick and gloopy, tasted of powdered garlic, not very mushroomy, and had a strong after-taste.

It was intended to go with the Biofair Rice and Quinoa Fusilli but luckily we tasted it before hand and only put a little bit on top. The Fusilli scored top marks, but we actually threw away most of the sauce.

We absolutely love this, I use it to make a quorn and mushroom pie adding shitake mushrooms also with a gluten free pastry base, it is just perfect!

I am vegan. It can be hard to find a vegan sauce for pasta since I don't like tomatoes. This sauce is perfect on pasta. It is easy to heat up and smells amazing when it is hot. I like to pour it over my pasta twirls.
