Product Details

A rich Korma sauce with coconut, almonds & spices where the ingredients are specially selected to be free from dairy products, wheat & gluten. The sauce can be used for a variety of occasions, being suitable with meat, veg or quorn.

Cooking Instructions

Heat sauce for 4-5 minutes or until piping hot & pour over cooked meats, fish, vegetables or quorn. Alternatively simmer or casserole with accompaniment of choice until thoroughly cooked.

Ingredients

Water, coconut cream,- (20%), demerara sugar, almond (3%), tomato paste, onion, spice blend (2%)(coriander, cumin, cinnamon, clove, black cardamom, bay leaves, green cardamom, turmeric, onion powder, garlic powder, ginger powder, star aniseeds powder, chilli), maize starch, garlic, lemon juice concentrate, salt, spice extracts, coriander leaf, ginger.

If you enjoyed the 'old recipe' Meridian 'Free from' Korma Sauce be prepared for a disappointment when you try the new recipe. It is not an improvement.
