Lemony French Dressing - Mon 5th Sep 2011
Thoroughly mix 2-3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil, the juice of 1 lemon, 1 clove crushed garlic, some salt and plenty of ground black pepper by shaking together in a jar. Vary the flavours with herbs, mustard or a little sugar. Refrigerate unused dressing for 2-3 days.
