Product Details

Shoyu is a full-bodied soya sauce, made from whole soya beans and not chemically processed soya meal. It is ideal in the kitchen as a savoury seasoning in stews,soups,dips and dressings or on the table as a tasty condiment which enhances the taste and flavour of many foods. It is totally natural and contains no artificial additives or preservatives.

Ingredients

Water, soya beans (16%), wheat, salt, alcohol (2.5%), koji (aspergillus oryzae).

Try rubbing duck fillets with a splash of shoyu sauce and sesame oil then top with slices of orange before baking.
