A high quality spread, nicer than jam and not at all bad for you! Not a bit of sugar in it, and a very fruity taste with a superb texture and colour!

I LOVE St Dalfour spreads -- haven't had one I didn't like. They only get 4 stars, though, because the shape of the jar means the handle of my knife (and my fingers) gets sticky when I am trying to get out that last bit of jam.
