You can't go wrong with strawberry jam and St.Dalfour's is no exception.. tasty on toast or in porridge.

Try whizzing 125 g frozen berries, 200ml semi-skimmed milk and 1 tablespoon strawberry spread in a blender until smooth. Pour into a large glass for a very berry smoothie.

I like the idea of a cream tea but always feel quite sick afterwards so I now toast some poppy seed rye bread spread it with cream cheese and top with St Dalfour Strawberry Spread with a nice cup of Redbush earl grey tea and how satisfying it is! Very substantial but not too sweet, perfect for me.

This is maaaybe my favourite St. Dalfour jam. It's loaded with big bits of strawberries, but still really spreadable. And so delicious.
