Excellent value for money spread that keeps for at least 10 weeks.
This nut butter works well on its own, on bread or mixed with an equal quantity of honey.
However remember this has no emulsifier so you need to keep stirring the oil back into the broken peanuts. Even doing this I find I still end up with a small dry lump which I either eat on its own or mix with a good quality nut oil (almond oil works well)and then use.
