Banana & Peanut Butter Toasties - Fri 18th Jul 2008
Get two slices of toast (preferably wholemeal or brown), make sure it's well toasted and firm. Spread thinly with butter or margarine spread, then spread both slices generously with Meridian Peanut Butter.. slice up a banana and lay the slices evenly over one slice of the toast. Press the other slice down on top to make a sandwich and enjoy a taste of heaven! Even nicer served warmed from the oven or grill. If you want to live dangerously try this: spread the top and bottom of the sandwich with butter or margarine and fry in a pan until golden and crispy. One of Elvis Presley's favourite snacks!

Perfect Peanut Butter - Fri 18th Jul 2008
I've tried a few peanut butters over the years and for ages was trying to find one that doesn't have loads of sugar and salt added yet still tastes good. This is it! The healthiest peanut butter I could find and it tastes perfect.
