I tried this product for the first time so that I can use this in small quantities to make up my B12 amount. I also wanted to try this to add to ready salted crisps to make them more like cheese and onion. I like the cheese and nutty taste of these flakes and I will buy this product regularly.

Makes a great 'cheese-flavour' substitute in many recipes, sauces and dressings and with the added benefit of B12, awesome!

easy-cheesy B12 - Mon 23rd Jan 2012
It has a mild cheesy-ish taste and dissolves very well in liquids which makes it so versatile. I use it mainly in miso soups and salad dressings, but as the other review pointed out, the variety of uses is virtually unlimited.

Do not be afraid... - Wed 29th Feb 2012
Love it! When I first became plant based, I was reading lots of recipes with this in but being really scared of it but it creates such a depth of flavour - I wouldn't go as far to say it's 'cheesey' like most though. Excellent to make gravy with. And as a bonus is enriched with vital vitamins and minerals.

Create a cheese spread for sandwiches
Make a cheesy salad dressing
Melt over popcorn

Some people even eat it straight from the box!
