Delicious in salads, sandwiches, stir fried with vegetables and ideal for casseroles. For the exciting flavour of the sea try it mashed with flaked toasted nori, lemon juice, chopped spring onions and sea salt.

This is one of my favourite products ever. It is so versatile and great for soups, stews, salads, sandwiches etc etc but it is so moreishly tasty that it never gets further than me eating it straight out of the can.

This marinated tofu is very flaky and (with a little help from some finely chopped spring onions, some shredded nori, and a squirt of lemon or lime) lends itself to faux-tuna-style salads and sandwiches. I agree with the other reviewer, though, I have trouble doing much with it because I often end up eating it straight from the can.
